In this role, you will contribute to stock cover optimization and gain hands-on experience in project management. You will collaborate closely with Nespresso Factories, Packaging suppliers, and Production & MRP Planners to execute projects aimed at optimizing stocks and workload. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to learn and develop skills in project management, supplier relationship management, and process improvement, while observing how Continuous Improvement Project Plans are built and executed. A Day in the Life of a Supply Chain Intern Manage projects focused on continuous improvement for Nespresso Help overseeing inventory management for packaging materials Implement new methods to optimize packaging stocks and workload Collaborate with Production & MRP planners, suppliers, and procurement teams Engage with logistics, finance, and other professionals within the supply chain Assist in executing strategies to enhance operational efficiency Learn managing different steps of the products’ lifecycle What will make you successful Completing a Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field Having a previous experience in supply chain and/or project management is considered a plus Great project management competencies and organizational skills Autonomy and the ability to work independently Excellent communication skills to work in an international setting with various stakeholders Strong analytical skills with an expertise in Microsoft Excel and agility to quickly learn the use of other software Basic knowledge in PowerBI and Machine Learning are a plus Knowledge of SAP is an advantage Fluency in English, both written and spoken; knowledge of French or other European languages is a plus Nespresso is committed to the accessibility of its recruitment process.
