Corporate Communications Manager at Nestlé

Experience:
Over 5 years of communications experience, including collaboration with senior leadership on communication strategies
Qualification:
Bachelor's degree from an HEC-approved institution or a reputable international educational institution in areas such as social sciences, including development, political science, communication, international relations, etc.
Position Summary
The main purpose of this position is to lead Corporate & Digital Communication, including complete internal comms (excluding HR communications) for the organization.
A Day in the Life of a Corporate Communications Manager: External Communication:
- Build organization's online reputation and trust through brand awareness and integrated communication plans on social media platforms- Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, Corporate website and other mediums.
- Make Corporate website a de facto source of information (draft new stories, update it in alignment with the entire organization regularly) and help us tell our story to build trust and help improve overall perception of the organization.
- Build and manage online reputation by engaging with macro blogs and digital KOLs/ influencers across platforms to deliver greater digital PR exposure and mitigate risks by managing crisis effectively.
- Build Corporate videos capturing organization's impactful success stories and amplifying brand image that can be leveraged across digital platforms, both internal and external.
- Develop high quality corporate publications in building a cohesive corporate narrative (Annual Report, PR book, CSV brochures, etc.)
- Events: Lead end to end execution and branding for all external and internal events done on behalf of Nestlé Corporate.
- CEO’s Communications: Draft senior executive communications including the CEO’s speeches, talking points, messages for internal and external communications. Develop visual CEO communication for internal and external platforms.
Internal Communication:
- Lead digital internal communication channels- Workplace by Facebook, Our NEST, quarterly published newsletters, emailers, videos for screens and new digital mediums etc.
- Lead and drive Global/ Zone internal campaigns and policies at Market level.
- Lead communications for Leadership, and various functions for running internal campaigns and events.
- Market focal point for strategy, design and best practices to departments communicating internally.
- Lead and ensure compliance of internal branding at all sites in accordance with corporate communication guidelines.
What will make you successful?
1. Prior experience of working with multinationals, larger local corporates, INGOs & international donors.
2. Experience in agency management and driving campaigns in collaboration.
3. Strong stakeholder management skills with prior experience in managing the leadership cadres.
4. Crisis management and reputation management experience will be an added plus.
5. Strong communication and writing skills.
