We are currently searching for an experienced Brand Manager to join our CZ/SK Coffee Marketing team. At NESCAFÉ, we believe that even a small cup of coffee can help make the world a better place. This dynamic position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on our Soluble Coffee Marketing and the wider business.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor market trends, consumer behaviour, competition, and product performance to identify relevant insights and new opportunities for NESCAFÉ.

Develop engaging and impactful communication plans and foster strong collaborations with local creators.

Lead the development and execution of the annual Brand Plan and contribute to the execution of a three-year innovation pipeline.

Gain a thorough understanding of the omnichannel environment and, together with the Commercial Development team, provide recommendations regarding pricing and promotional strategies.

Track the impact on our Brand performance and Brand Health.

Monitor the business impact and return on investment (ROI) of marketing communication efforts behind the brand and manage the profit and loss (P&L) for the assigned portfolio.

Lead a team of two Brand Managers and support their professional growth.

Your Profile

A minimum of seven years’ relevant experience within FMCG.

A proven record of successful marketing campaigns.

Experience in people management.

Creative, curious, eager to learn, proactive, and energetic personality.

Excellent analytical skills.

Strong communication, organisational, and presentation skills.

Digitally savvy and passionate about the digital space.

Fluency in the English language.
