As a Engineering Trainee (permanent position), you’ll join an intensive 18‑month development program designed to grow you into a future engineering leader. What you will do? Support engineering and factory assignments from planning to commissioning Work closely with Production, Quality, Safety, and external contractors Gain hands‑on experience with machinery, utilities, automation, and digital systems Apply safety, quality, and engineering standards in real factory environments Build project coordination and problem‑solving skills with guidance from senior engineers Does this sound like you? Step 3: Assessment Center (July 2026) Only shortlisted candidates will be invited for an onsite assessment via phone call Step 4: Final Result (August 2026) and Onboarding (October 2026) Final result will be announced in August, and successful candidates will commence the journey on 1 October 2026.
