Brand Manager Intern - Nestlé Health Science (Oral Medical Nutrition) at Nestlé

We are looking for a motivated Brand Manager Intern to join Nestlé Health Science in the Oral Medical Nutrition division. In this role, you will contribute to purpose-driven brands that aim to improve patients’ quality of life through medical nutrition.
You will work on trusted brands such as Resource and ThickenUP, which support patients in managing malnutrition and safe swallowing on a daily basis. These solutions play a critical role for both patients and healthcare professionals, making **accuracy, empathy,**and strong communication essential.
You will collaborate closely with Senior Brand Managers to support brand strategy, innovation, and communication across markets and channels. You will gain hands-on exposure to brand planning, packaging and communication development, and omnichannel activation. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to discover brand management in a patient-centric, medical environment while developing both strategic and operational marketing skills.
Your Responsibilities:
- Support the Senior Brand Manager in the execution of the brand plans of the current year and the preparation of the brand plans of the following year in line with the fixed budget
- Develop understanding of target Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) and target patients and the different channels in which they occur
- Manage packaging development and communication development (on & offline) related to the brand
- Contribute to the building and development of innovation and renovation pipelines. This includes market analysis to identify and better understand the patient population and the competitive environment
- Create attractive and rewarding brand experiences across contact points. Collaborates with communication agencies and ensures all brand communications contribute to enhancing the company's reputation
- Understand the omnichannel environment and contributes to the development of category strategy
What will make you successful ?
- You are Fluent in **English,**and Fluent in either Dutch and / or French
- You have at least 2 years of education in Marketing, Communication, or a related field (you can be a student or have already graduated)
- You have strong learning agility and project management skills
- You are independent and have a proactive attitude
- You have good relationship management and communication skills
- You have an understanding of digital marketing and good IT skills (proficient in Microsoft Office Suite)
- You have strong copywriting skills, to create engaging content that resonates with our audience for digital and print (standard communication channels)
- You ideally have an affinity with medical nutrition and patient populations
