Job Summary As a Procurement Specialist you will support the execution of market‑level procurement activities, working closely with Procurement Business Partners, Category teams, and factory stakeholders. The role focuses on implementing agreed sourcing strategies, supporting supply resilience activities, and maintaining discipline and visibility across materials, suppliers, and contracts. It plays an important part in strengthening execution and supplier performance in a dynamic operating environment, and provides structured exposure to procurement execution across operational and commercial activities. A day in the life Reporting to the Procurement Business Partner , your responsibilities will include: Managing delivery of procurement‑led sourcing initiatives, coordinating actions across procurement, factories, and suppliers to drive accountability and outcomes. Owning day‑to‑day supplier engagement , addressing service issues and performance risks as they arise. Ensuring accurate and timely contract availability to enable compliant ordering through SAP. Maintaining trackers, data, and insights to support cost visibility, supply resilience, and early risk identification. Acting as the primary execution interface between factory teams and procurement to ensure priorities translate into outcomes. What makes you successful We’re looking for someone who: Is motivated by owning and coordinating visible outcomes , not just completing tasks. Is comfortable influencing across multiple stakeholders and suppliers to keep work moving and resolve issues. Brings a curious, resilient mindset , with a practical interest in improving processes and ways of working. Communicates clearly and is keen to build commercial judgement through hands‑on experience. Has a working understanding of risk and issue management , and is comfortable tracking, analysing, and escalating issues when required. Preferred Experience: Success in delivering procurement projects across cross-functional and cross-market teams. Experience in FMCG and/or complex multinational operations. A proactive approach, with motivation to learn, develop, and build a career in procurement.
