Job Title - Customer Operations Officer/ Executive – Organized Trade (Key Accounts)
Function - Sales – Modern Trade
Location - Raipur
About the role
Own and grow Nestlé’s Organized Trade business by managing key retail accounts (e.g., large-format chains), delivering volume plans, and ensuring on-shelf availability and brand visibility across assigned outlets. You will plan customer-specific commercial calendars, lead assortment and activation plans, and serve as the single-window contact to drive pricing stability, service, and trade term execution for your territory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build an integrated commercial plan for assigned customers; develop a rolling 3‑month sales plan at customer/account level.
- Plan assortment at account level and create a quarterly account‑specific activation calendar.
- Achieve volumes planned during OPL and execute account‑specific activation programs on time and in full.
- Act as the single‑window for customer service, ensuring price control and stability across assigned accounts.
- Negotiate/implement terms of trade agreements and ensure adherence in-store.
- Track redistribution value and volume targets; present account‑wise reviews quarterly and identify gaps vs. business plans.
- Suggest inputs to generate demand and continuously increase Nestlé’s contribution within each account.
- Monitor, evaluate, and control CCS/scorecard metrics while ensuring on‑shelf availability and visibility standards at outlets.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication, networking, and analytical skills; poise and confidence in stakeholder interactions.
- Flexible, resourceful, and innovative with an understanding of sales systems and processes.
- Experience in Modern Trade / Key Account Management preferred.
- Graduate with 2-6 years of experience
