“Hai Tum Pe Yakeen” is Nestlé Pakistan’s flagship diversity and inclusion initiative designed to support and empower persons with disabilities. It’s a one year contractual opportunity designed to help people with disabilities hone their skills through on job training, develop professional/people skills, support participants unlock their potential by working in an inclusive workplace and make them future ready for the industry.
What it takes to be a Hai Tum Pe Yakeen Associate:
To thrive in our program, you should possess the following:
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills
- Keen interest in developing skills and managing projects
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a recognized institution
- A disability certificate by the social welfare department
