Position Summary

The candidate will have the opportunity to support the sales team by managing customers’ ad‑hoc orders, ensuring product availability and distribution across the territory.

You will collaborate daily with internal stakeholders, including Planning, Logistics, Marketing, and Trade Marketing.

You will also manage day‑to‑day operational activities such as conducting sales analysis, managing customer master data, organizing and coordinating POP materials for in‑store activities, and communicating marketing updates to the Business Unit.

You will support the team in performing analyses aimed at delivering accurate sales forecasts.

You will also contribute to the analysis of promotional flyers and the reporting of sell‑in and sell‑out data.

  • Support in managing customer masterdata

  • Analytical skills and good knowledge of Excel

  • Creative mindset with good proficiency in PowerPoint

  • Result‑focused, with a curious and proactive approach

  • Team player, able to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously

  • Fluent in both Italian and English
