About the Role:
We are looking for a Brand Manager Intern to join our Vitamins, Minerals & Supplements (VMS) team to work on the brands Pure Encapsulations® and Minami®. Our mission within the VMS team is to promote vitamins and food supplements to enhance vitality, energy and well-being for our customers.
As an integral part of our team, you will engage in developing impactful online and offline assets, including exciting digital campaigns and compelling content for our social media channels. You will also collaborate with external agencies to create innovative marketing materials and support product launches that have a positive impact. We work hard (and have fun!) to accelerate our business but also to contribute to a healthier lifestyle.
Your Responsibilities: Develop online and offline assets (visibility supports):
- For our own channels: website, social media
- For our key accounts (B2B): digital assets (banners, e-newsletters, digital window etc.) and offline material (displays, window, stickers, wobblers etc.)
- For our sales team: sales support, training books etc.
Develop & manage online communication & campaigns:
- Design & co-create the assets for our digital campaigns
- Brief our external agencies & follow-up on asset creation
- Manage our social media (Instagram account)
- Reach out to influencers
Support in the new product launches or product renovations:
- Coordinate artwork updates and/or new designs with external agency
- Develop material to promote new launches
Support for events & fairs:
- Participate in the brainstorm: main concept, location …
- Preparation in advance of the event (catering, invitation & guests, goodies bags, print material, decoration, etc)
- Brief and be in contact with external agencies
Others tasks:
- Competitive analysis
What will make you successful?
- You are fluent in French and/or Dutch, with a strong command of English
- You have completed or are currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management or a related field
- You are motivated, flexible, autonomous, creative and pro-active
- You have a strong interest for digital & content creation
- You are eager to learn and to surpass yourself
