Nestlé Paraguay is the unit in charge of importing and distributing of all our 1# brands and they have been in the market for 23 years.

On the other hand, we are Integrated Business Services Asunción, the Nestlé service center. We’ve been in the market since 2018. We provide Backoffice services as Supply Chain, Financial, HR, and Digital & Social Media to all Nestlé in LATAM from México down the map. Our clients are our colleagues.

Position summary

This role provides essential operational and administrative support to Project Managers to ensure effective planning, execution, tracking, and delivery of projects. This role is responsible for maintaining project documentation, schedules, financial tracking, action and risk logs, reporting, and coordination of meetings and communications. By ensuring accurate data, consistent use of standards and tools, and proactive follow‑up on tasks and dependencies, the Project Manager Support Specialist enables Project Managers and teams to focus on decision‑making and value delivery while supporting high‑quality, on‑time, and on‑budget project outcomes.

A day in the life of...

  • Review project dashboards, trackers, and action logs to identify updates, dependencies, risks, and follow‑ups
  • Update project documentation, schedules, status reports, and logs (actions, risks, issues, decisions)
  • Support financial and resource tracking by maintaining budget updates, time tracking, and forecast inputs
  • Coordinate project meetings, prepare agendas, capture minutes, and follow up on assigned actions
  • Ensure consistent use of project standards, templates, tools, and reporting practices
  • Act as a coordination point between Project Managers, team members, and stakeholders to ensure alignment
  • Proactively follow up on open items, deadlines, and blockers to keep projects moving forward
  • Prepare progress summaries and materials to support decision‑making and upcoming project milestones
  • Ensures accurate maintenance of risks, issues, dependencies, and task logs
