Designation: Customer Operations Officer/ Executive – Organized Trade (Key Accounts.
Function: Sales – Modern Trade
Report s to: Area Sales Manager
Location : Mumbai
Job Description:
-
Build an integrated commercial plan for assigned customers; develop a rolling 3‑month sales plan at customer/account level.
-
Plan assortment at account level and create a quarterly account‑specific activation calendar.
-
Achieve volumes planned during OPL and execute account‑specific activation programs on time and in full.
-
Act as the single‑window for customer service, ensuring price control and stability across assigned accounts.
-
Negotiate/implement terms of trade agreements and ensure adherence in-store.
-
Track redistribution value and volume targets; present account‑wise reviews quarterly and identify gaps vs. business plans.
-
Suggest inputs to generate demand and continuously increase Nestlé’s contribution within each account.
-
Monitor, evaluate, and control CCS/scorecard metrics while ensuring on‑shelf availability and visibility standards at outlets.
Qualification:
- Graduate/Post Graduate with 2-6 years of experience
