לתפקיד דינמי בלב העשייה, עם אחריות, השפעה והזדמנות משמעותית להתפתחות מקצועית מעורבות ישירה בתהליכי הליבה של המפעל, המאפשר ללמוד את עולם התכנון והייצור מקצה לקצה, להשפיע על הביצועים ולהוביל תהליכים בסביבה תעשייתית מתקדמת.
במסגרת התפקיד:
-
אחריות על תכנון הייצור ובקרה בשטח על ביצוע התוכנית.
-
אחריות ובקרה על זמינות המלאי ומדיניות המלאי של כלל מוצרי המפעל.
-
עבודה שוטפת מול ממשקים חוצי ארגון ויכולת הובלה לביצוע.
-
הובלת תהליכים לשיפור יכולות הייצור, רמות השירות והמצוינות התפעולית.
-
ניתוח דרישות השוק בטווח הקצר והארוך.
-
בניית תוכניות עבודה מאוזנות תוך התחשבות בכלל המשאבים והאילוצים.
דרישות התפקיד:
-
מהנדס/ת תעשייה וניהול – יתרון משמעותי.
-
ניסיון של לפחות שנה בתפקיד דומה / אנליטי – יתרון משמעותי.
-
שליטה גבוהה ביישומי Office.
-
משרה מלאה עם נכונות לשעות נוספות.
-
אנגלית ברמה טובה.
-
מיקום המשרה: קריית גת (נדרשת הגעה עצמאית).
