About the role
The Opportunity
An exciting opportunity exists within our Beverages Marketing Team for an Assistant Brand Manager – NESCAFÉ Soluble Coffee. In this role you will get to work on the exciting NESCAFÉ brand across our Soluble Portfolio – NESCAFÉ Blend 43, NESCAFÉ Gold and NESCAFÉ Mixes. You will have exposure to all elements of the marketing mix and be responsible for key implementation and execution across comms and NPD.
You will be involved in innovation & renovation stage gating, instore activation, asset development, sponsorship, monitoring performance (such as sales, market share figures, and competitive reviews) and the management of budgets across the soluble coffee portfolio, offering a fantastic opportunity to build broad marketing experience while contributing to one of Nestlé’s most iconic brands.
A day in the life
This is a particularly dynamic Business Unit where strategy, innovation and communication are developed locally. This is a perfect entry level step into world-class marketing, you will be working across a variety of projects (supporting and leading) in:
- Communications, sponsorship, internal & external PR, Ebusiness asset development, product sampling & promotions
- Point of sale display development
- Management of marketing spend, purchase order management and reconciliation
- Product improvement, product innovation, with strong focus on project management skills
- You will have the opportunity to support the team and build skills in research, ideation, strategy development and data analysis
- You will lead our product tasting program and samples management
- You will do all this collaborating with internal and external cross functional stakeholders

- You will be tertiary qualified and have demonstrable commercial and financial acumen.
