We’re excited to offer an opportunity for Social Media Services Associate to join our marketing team.

With you we will:

• Monitor of owned Nestlé social media channels and engage with consumers using appropriate tone-of-voice depending on the channel.

• Send posts to the relevant markets, post responses to questions, complains and inquiries;

• Monitor and analyze online contents regarding Nestlé and its brands in the media and social networks and prepare reports using web analytics application;

• Provide alerts about all online Nestlé social media channels;

• Collect, structure and analyze data from multiple sources to deliver clear insights to stakeholders;

Key requirements:

• A digital enthusiast with knowledge and strong interest in social media environment (X, Tik Tok, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn etc.)

• A professional with great analytical skills;

• Confident user of MS Excel, MS Power Point;

• An expert with the ability to deliver detail reporting;

• Confident in English on at least Upper-Intermediate level (both written and verbal);

• A great communicator and a team player.
