At Navan, "It's all about the user. All of them." We are passionate about revolutionizing business travel by providing seamless, intelligent, and personalized experiences. As we shape the future of travel, Navan seeks a Senior Technical Product Manager to spearhead the creation and evolution of our next-generation agentic platform—an innovative foundation powered by cutting-edge AI systems designed to proactively serve and delight our users with autonomous actions and personalized recommendations.

In this role, you will lead multidisciplinary teams of engineers, data scientists, designers, and stakeholders to deliver a transformative, AI-driven platform experience. Ideal candidates will bring substantial experience in designing, developing, and scaling complex technical platforms and will demonstrate hands-on familiarity with the latest advancements in AI, including generative AI, LLMs, MLops, and agentic, autonomous platforms.

What You'll Do:

  • Define, drive, and create the vision, roadmap, and strategy for Navan's AI-powered agentic platform across the company.

  • Partner closely with engineers, data science teams, and UX designers to architect, develop, and launch intelligent, self-service, and proactive features throughout the entire platform lifecycle.

  • Act as a thought leader, bringing clarity and direction on the intersection of AI technology and business strategy, keeping abreast of emerging AI technologies to continually drive innovation.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally, aligning stakeholders across Navan’s AI product teams, GTM, analytics, growth, security, and infrastructure functions to ensure successful and continual platform adoption.

  • Set ambitious yet achievable goals, measure progress rigorously with clear KPIs, and iterate continuously based on performance and user-feedback.

  • Maintain deep engagement with customers, soliciting feedback, and uncovering unmet needs to inform platform improvement opportunities.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 7+ years of technical product management experience with demonstrated success building, launching, and scaling complex, highly technical platforms, ideally at a global SaaS company or tech-enabled consumer brand.

  • Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, AI/ML, Data Science, or equivalent technical discipline strongly preferred.

  • Hands-on experience in creating agentic products utilizing state-of-the-art AI technologies and platforms (e.g., OpenAI, Lang Chain, or equivalent autonomous agent-based frameworks).

  • Proven track record creating AI-centric products or platforms, with deep exposure to the latest technologies in artificial intelligence—such as generative AI, large language models (LLMs), agentic systems, MLops, and sophisticated data-driven architectures.

  • Ability to thrive in highly collaborative, dynamic environments where rapid iteration, experimentation, and agility are essential.

Join Navan as we redefine the future of intelligent, personalized, agentic travel—building a smarter platform to empower every business traveler worldwide.
