Partner with Clinical Systems and business stakeholders to:

Review approved change requests from a system-design and delivery feasibility perspective

Translate requirements into technically sound user stories and acceptance criteria

Salesforce Technical Leadership

(IT Responsible)

Provide technical product leadership across:

Salesforce configuration, customization, automation, and reporting

Cloudbyz CTMS modules and extensions

Coordinate and oversee integrations to ensure data consistency and architectural alignment

Collaborate with developers, architects, and vendors to ensure adherence to CTMS delivery standards
