Details of Research Project: Studying myeloid malignancies with human iPSCs:

Educational and other Requirements for the position: PhD or MD, PhD

Experience Required: molecular biology, cell culture, mouse transplantation, data analysis, presentation and manuscript and grant writing

Goals/Outcomes of the Research Project: Completion of a research project, publications, presentations at conferences

Technical Duties: molecular biology, cell culture, mouse transplantation, data analysis, presentation and manuscript and grant writing perform experiments (including the generation, culture, hematopoietic differentiation and genetic modification of human pluripotent stem cells, molecular analyses, and xenograft experiments in mice), analyze and present data in lab meetings, institutional work-in-progress seminars and national and international conferences, and assist with preparation of manuscripts and grant applications.
