### Job Description:
El rol tiene por misión diseñar soluciones técnicas de alta complejidad en radiofrecuencia y telecomunicaciones, integrando los requerimientos del cliente con la visión comercial de Motorola para asegurar propuestas competitivas, técnica y económicamente viables, que garanticen una implementación impecable y el éxito del negocio.
- Diseño de Soluciones Integrales:
Liderar el diseño técnico de soluciones de preventa en radiofrecuencia y telecomunicaciones, asegurando que el alcance definido sea técnica y económicamente viable desde el inicio hasta el cierre.
- Partner Estratégico de Ventas:
Actuar como el referente técnico del equipo comercial, participando en la detección de oportunidades y asegurando que la propuesta técnica se alinee perfectamente con las expectativas del cliente.
- Gestión de Licitaciones (Bids):
Responsable directo de la preparación de ofertas técnicas y económicas para licitaciones complejas, coordinando con grupos de producto internos y áreas externas.
- Orquestación de Áreas Técnicas:
Coordinar activamente con las áreas de Delivery, Soporte y Prevención de Riesgos para garantizar que la implementación de los proyectos complejos sea fluida y cumpla con los estándares de calidad.
- Validación y Comisionamiento:
Supervisar servicios de ingeniería clave, incluyendo pruebas de equipos y presentaciones de sistemas, garantizando que cumplan con las obligaciones contractuales y técnicas.
Basic Requirements:
- Formación:
Título en Ingeniería Civil Eléctrica, Electrónica, Telecomunicaciones o afines.
- Experiencia:
Desde 4 años de trayectoria en cargos similares, idealmente con experiencia previa en ingeniería de campo o delivery.
- Conocimientos Técnicos Innegociables:
Sólida base en Radiofrecuencia (RF), diseño de redes de telecomunicaciones y herramientas de simulación de coberturas.
- Software:
Manejo de Microsoft Office, AutoCAD y plataformas de simulación.
- Herramientas Google:
Dominio de G-Suite; el conocimiento en Google Scripts será altamente valorado para la automatización de procesos internos.

Visión de Negocio: Interés en desarrollar una "veta comercial" y capacidad para entender el impacto financiero de las soluciones técnicas propuestas.
