Job Description:

As the Delivery Manager you will be responsible for coordinating with several different regional Supply Chain and Sales functions to prioritize Sales Orders into and out of the Consolidation Center. This position requires working on site at the Elgin Manufacturing facility in Elgin IL.

Responsibilities:

• Attend operations planning meetings to align with manufacturing, factory scheduling, supply planning and logistics to ensure customer orders ship on time. Understand revenue risks and be able to communicate risk & recovery action
• Analyze and identify risk to on time shipment of customers orders and work with the different supply chain teams, order management and sales operations to mitigate such risks.
• Develop and Drive planning for material allocation decisions
• Develop and publish detailed status reports to key stakeholders and lead weekly review meetings to ensure alignment.
• Drive department continuous improvement initiatives to achieve KPI goals in delinquent backlog, delivery, inventory, and cost.
• Align with supply chain and sales operations teams to provide accurate revenue and inventory forecast
• Participate in development of the department roadmap leading to a best in class supply chain organization.

Additional Qualified Skills:

• Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time
• Knowledge of ERP systems Oracle R12 experience preferred and G-suite applications.
• APICS Certification (CPIM, CSCP) preferred.

Position is onsite in Elgin, Illinois.

Target Base Salary Range: $75,000 - $110,000 USD

Basic Requirements:

Qualifications:

Bachelors Degree in Business, Engineering or Supply Chain or similar.
3+ years work experience related to Material Planning, Supply Planning or Demand Planning.
