Production Support - Associate/Director - Reliability & Production Engineering

We’re seeking someone to join our Institutional Securities Technology team as a Production Support, in Reliability & Production Engineering (RPE) to ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

In the Technology division, we leverage innovation to build the connections and capabilities that power our Firm, enabling our clients and colleagues to redefine markets and shape the future of our communities.

This is Director position that manages and optimizes the technical environment and end-user experience across various workplace technologies for end-users, ensuring seamless operations and user satisfaction across the organization.

What you’ll do in the role:

  • Strong background in production support role with minimum 2 to 8 years of experience.

  • Strong incident management skills with the ability to handle critical situations.

  • Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.

  • Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.

  • Strong hands on experience of UNIX, Database Concepts, SQL Queries and Database Performance.

  • Experience working with application Monitoring/Alerting Tools (Splunk, Grafana, Prometheus etc.).

  • Strong coding/scripting skills: Python / Perl / Shell (Any one).

  • Understanding of schedulers (Autosys, Control M etc.)

  • Excellent communication (written & oral both) and analytical skills.

  • Excellent Stakeholder Management skills and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

What you’ll bring to the role:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, I.T, or a related technical/ engineering field.

  • Familiar with Banking Financial Products like Fund Services, Equity and Fixed Income, Securities.

  • Different types of risks in an investment bank.

  • Trade flow would be plus.
