We're seeking someone to join our team as a Director in the Privacy Non-Financial Risk (NFR) team to support the Privacy Engineering team to maintain and develop the tooling that underpins the Compliance Privacy Program, for example the tooling to support Privacy Impact Assessments and Individual Rights processes.

What you'll do in the role: Work with business unit and Legal and Compliance stakeholders to gather requirements for changes and enhancements to privacy tools including enhancements needed due to regulatory or business changes.Work with technology teams to analyse, design, and implement business requirements. This is inclusive of change management, UAT, and troubleshooting.Foster continuous improvement and act as a day-to-day point of contact for business unit and LCD stakeholders as it relates to tool functionality or performance.Work with business unit and Legal and Compliance stakeholders to consider new processing activities.What you’ll bring to the role:Experience with building or maintaining a tool / system and/or experience testing tool(s) / system(s)Experience of acting or working as a Business Analyst
