Are you ready to lead the charge in transforming finance through cutting-edge AI and digital solutions? We are seeking a dynamic and visionary leader to take on the role of Finance AI & Digital Transformation Senior Manager. In this role, you will drive innovation, ensure scalable solutions, and champion adoption across our Finance business units.

Key Responsibilities:1. Strategic Vision & Product Leadership

  • Visionary Leadership: Own and articulate the theme vision, outcomes, and roadmap, ensuring alignment with Finance priorities.

  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with AI Ambassadors/Innovators and business process owners to shape and prioritize use cases, driving them through governance forums.

  • Outcome Measurement: Define success metrics and track benefits realization in collaboration with PMO and reporting partners.

2. Innovative Solution Design

  • Optimal Path Selection: Collaborate with Tooling Leads and Technology to select the best solution path, whether it be process redesign, low-code/no-code, or AI automation.

  • Documentation Excellence: Produce development-ready documentation, including problem statements, workflows, and evaluation criteria.

  • Risk Management: Define acceptance and evaluation criteria tailored to the risk tier of each use case.

3. End-to-End Use Case Management

  • Product Ownership: Act as the accountable product owner, ensuring solutions are ready for delivery squads and facilitating smooth handoffs to build teams.

  • Bottleneck Resolution: Proactively identify and resolve technology and cross-department bottlenecks by partnering with relevant teams.

  • Scalable Design: Design AI solutions using reusable patterns and components, identifying synergies to accelerate scale.

4. Adoption & Change Leadership

  • User Education: Lead user education efforts by curating prompt libraries, playbooks, and demos, and coaching AI Ambassadors/Innovators.

  • Adoption Strategy: Drive adoption at scale by partnering with Communications and Training leads and embedding solutions into workflows.

  • Transparent Communication: Maintain transparency on adoption progress, blockers, and decisions, and communicate success stories to stakeholders.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Experience: 8+ years in Financial Services, Technology Consulting, Product Management, or Digital Transformation, with 3+ years in a leadership role.

  • Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of Investment Banking Finance processes.

  • Product-Owner Mindset: Demonstrated ability in prioritization, benefits articulation, stakeholder alignment, and outcome-based delivery.

  • Change Agent: Proactive and resilient, capable of navigating complex structures and driving adoption.

  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Low-Code/No-Code ecosystems, Data Visualization & BI tools, and Generative AI enterprise applications.
