  • Mentor junior team members, guiding their professional development, delegating projects, and ensuring the quality and accuracy of all reporting and operational processes.
  • Establish and enforce data governance standards, owning the data architecture that drives company-wide reporting (incl. supporting externally disclosed metrics), pipeline tracking, forecasting, and sales performance management.
  • Proactively identify systemic constraints and significant opportunities for growth, then lead cross-functional initiatives to scope, pilot, and implement scalable strategies.
  • Champion operational excellence by constantly identifying, recommending, and implementing best practices and process improvements across the entire organization.

Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of progressive work experience in Business Operations, Analytics & Data, Sales/GTM Operations, or a highly analytical/technical field.
  • Demonstrated people leadership or management experience, including mentoring and developing junior team members.
  • Expert proficiency in SQL (or similar languages) and deep experience with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker).
  • Advanced system ownership, including admin-level or architect-level proficiency with core GTM platforms.
  • Hands-on experience building and managing data pipelines (ETL/ELT) and cloud data warehousing (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks).
  • Proven experience in strategic finance, including financial planning and forecasting.
  • Deep knowledge of the venture capital and larger financial services industry, particularly within private markets.
  • Strategic and collaborative mindset, possessing the exceptional ability to translate high-level business goals into actionable project plans and work effectively across Sales, Marketing, Operations, Legal/Compliance, Technology and Product.
  • A high ownership mentality, demonstrating self-motivation, a results-driven approach, and complete end-to-end ownership of the operations function from ideation to successful implementation.
