The team's responsibility is to support Wealth Managements strategic objectives through the use and exploitation of its data and analytical assets and help the firm digital transformation. This position is within the Wealth Management Information and Data Delivery team, part of the Wealth Management Analytics & Data Organisation at Morgan Stanley. The team's responsibility is to create a consistent data and measurement framework for the newly established MS Strategy.

You will:
- Be part of an Agile Team focusing on Data Ingestion and Transformation
- Contribute to the evolution of our data strategy and follow the data quality principles
- Connect with stakeholders to understand the business processes that lead the change and convert it into actionable stories
- Partner extensively with other teams and business partners within and outside the department to deliver business solutions and support decision making
- Liaise with Technology partners to understand the data source and suggest enhancements as needed
- Utilize proactive problem-solving and innovative thinking to address challenges
- Build, monitor and review data models and conduct analyses based on specific requirements
- Prepare and deliver presentations to highlight important metrics and showcase achievements
- Create relevant documentation where needed
You have:- A bachelor's or higher degree in technical field with Business/Economics background or vice versa
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar Business Data role
- Good knowledge of SQL
- Proficient analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams
- Highly motivated with a sense of ownership, willingness to learn, high degree of curiosity and desire to succeed
