Are you ready to lead and innovate in the realm of governance and control within the Finance Division? We are seeking a proactive and skilled Governance Control Senior Associate to join our Model and EUC Governance team. This is a unique opportunity to work globally across all risk stripes—credit, market, operational, liquidity, and model risk. You will engage closely with model/EUC developers and reviewers, and collaborate across various business and functional areas within the firm. Key Responsibilities:1. Governance & Framework Execution

  • Streamline Processes: Enhance the execution of model control and EUC frameworks, ensuring robust governance, documentation standards, and policies through effective stakeholder management.

  • Inventory Support: Assist in maintaining comprehensive inventories of all models, tools, and EUCs within Finance, ensuring accuracy and control.

2. Documentation & Project Management

  • Monitor Documentation: Oversee documentation status to ensure completion and manage the broader model certification and exception processes.

  • Project Timelines: Establish and monitor project timelines to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and within scope.

3. Communication & Reporting

  • Effective Communication: Ensure clear and effective communication and reporting to functional teams, managers, stakeholders, and senior leadership.

  • Regulatory Insight: Provide valuable input for presentation materials for model committees and regulatory exams, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.

4. Risk Management & Process Improvement

  • Risk Identification: Proactively identify emerging risks and contribute to strategies for mitigation.

  • Process Enhancement: Support ongoing process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

5. Leadership & Collaboration

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Develop quick rapport with technical and business stakeholders across regions, working effectively on multiple projects under tight deadlines.

  • Cultural Leadership: Act as a role model and culture carrier, embodying the Firm's values and holding yourself and others accountable to Firm standards.

What You'll Bring:

  • Expertise: Advanced understanding of the Finance functional area, products, client segments, and industry environment.

  • Feedback & Recognition: Ability to provide positive and constructive feedback and acknowledge team members' efforts.

  • Risk Articulation: Strong ability to articulate risk and impact to various audiences and create mitigation plans.

  • Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work with complex datasets, with great attention to detail.

  • Communication Excellence: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

  • Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing environments quickly and effectively.

  • Experience: At least 6 years of relevant experience is generally expected to possess the skills required for this role.
