The ETRADE Client Experience team is seeking an Assistant Vice President to support the execution of client engagement initiatives, with a primary focus on ETRADE client events, Salesforce opportunity management, and operational reporting.

This role is a key contributor responsible for ensuring high‑quality delivery of client experiences through strong execution, cross‑functional collaboration, and disciplined operational management. The AVP will partner closely with Corporate Events, Marketing, and Analytics & Data (A&D) to support client engagement strategies aligned with business objectives and firm standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support client engagement initiatives, with an emphasis on event‑based experiences that enhance the ETRADE client journey.
  • Manage planning and execution of ETRADE client events, including timelines, logistics, budgets, and post‑event reporting.
  • Partner with Corporate Events and Marketing to ensure alignment with branding, messaging, compliance, and execution standards.
  • Manage Salesforce opportunities related to client engagement and events, including uploading opportunities, maintaining stages, and ensuring data accuracy.
  • Partner with Analytics & Data (A&D) to support monthly reporting, ensuring Salesforce data integrity and consistency across reporting outputs.
  • Track and manage event budgets, EnC submissions, and expense reporting in accordance with firm policies.
  • Prepare clear, concise reporting and materials for internal stakeholders, highlighting engagement outcomes and key insights.
  • Maintain documentation related to events, budgets, and client engagement activity.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in client experience, client engagement, events, operations, or a related function.
  • Experience within financial services, online brokerage, or wealth management preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to analyze data, build dashboards, and present findings clearly to stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills, with experience preparing stakeholder‑ready materials.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.
