Your responsibilities would be:

  • Lead all procurement activities (Direct, Indirect & Capital) to ensure uninterrupted supply of quality materials and services taking into consideration quality, cost and delivery: negotiate contracts locally and regionally; select, manage and audit suppliers.
  • Supplier Relationship Management (SRM): conduct Key Quarterly Supplier meetings, assist in audit process and rating of suppliers.
  • Lead in developing & executing strategic plans for raw materials and other categories.
  • Work with New Product Development teams to provide material in line with project goals/ schedules.
  • Act as part of the Site Leadership team and drive Site initiatives to reduce the costs of purchased goods and services.
  • Manage & develop the purchasing team.
  • Develop policies, procedures, systems, and processes for the Purchasing area and ensure compliance with Moog policies.

Here's what you'll need to be considered for this opportunity:

  • Bachelor degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business or related field, or equivalent.
  • 5+ years purchasing experience in a manufacturing company.
  • Strong working knowledge of ERP systems.
  • Demonstrated achievement of driving change, continuous improvement and exposure to lean supply chain techniques.
  • Knowledge of domestic and international freight management across all modes.
  • Strong strategic, problem-solving, negotiation and interpersonal skills with the ability to work on cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent planning, organization and time management skills including the ability to support and prioritize multiple projects.
  • Analytical thinker with excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Proven self-starter can work independently in ambiguous situations.
  • Team oriented, collaborative partner that passionately advocates and articulates opinion while maintaining flexibility to incorporate others point of views.
  • Excellent presentation and communications skills.
  • Fluent in English and Lithuanian.

Salary

4500-5700 €/mon. gross
Final salary offer for the candidate depends on the level of competence and experience of the candidate.

Salary range (before taxes) for this position is:

€4 500,00–€5 700,00
