Role Summary

The Senior Strategy & Operations Lead is a high-impact partner to IT leadership, responsible for driving strategic alignment, operational excellence, and execution rigor across all IT pillars. This role leads IT-wide planning, governance, and communications to ensure the CIO’s priorities translate into measurable business outcomes.

We are looking to speak to candidates who are based in Gurugram for our hybrid working model.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead IT Strategic Planning & Governance

  • Drives the definition of IT OKRs, quarterly business reviews, and multi-year strategic planning cadences to align priorities and track value delivery

  • Drive Executive Decision Enablement

  • Build insights, narratives, and recommendations that inform CIO/leadership decisions, including board materials and enterprise updates

  • Orchestrate Cross-Functional Initiatives

  • Coordinate strategic programs that span pillars, ensuring ownership clarity, risk management, and measurable outcomes

  • Evolve IT Operating Model

  • Deploy “run IT like a product” standards across agile delivery, resource planning, intake, and change management

  • Champion Operational Excellence

  • Standardize ways of working, reporting frameworks, and collaboration mechanisms across IT

Qualifications

  • 8–10 years in technology strategy, PMO leadership, or chief-of-staff–style roles, ideally within a CIO’s office

  • Experience partnering with senior executives and driving cross-functional impact

  • Strong strategic thinking, communication, and organizational leadership skills

  • Familiarity with product-centric delivery, agile, and enterprise planning tooling
