You will optimize sales with our customers through the instore activations of our products, promotions and displays. You will deliver our field KPIs and annual objectives.

How you will contribute

You will:

• Represent Mondelēz International by visiting stores according to the agreed planning cycle.
• Monitor shelf and assortment.
• Expose campaigns and search for best locations in stores.
• Perform required administrative tasks.
• Optimize the use of our point-of-sales material.
• Be the customer's first choice of supplier.
• Create exposure in stores.

• Previous merchandising experience (preferred)
• Confident with good interpersonal skills

• Computer literate with good verbal and written communication skills

Será responsável por garantir a exposição correta dos produtos no ponto de vendas, seguindo os critérios de planograma da Mondelez. Irá atuar no abastecimento das gôndolas, controle de estoque, precificação, montagem de pontos extras e ações promocionais, além de monitorar oportunidades e apoiar no aumento das vendas e de visibilidade das nossas marcas.

Como você irá contribuir:

Experiência anterior como promotor de vendas ou de merchandising (será diferencial);

Ensino Médio completo;

Conhecimento e uso de ferramentas de comunicação (Whats App, e-mail, Microsoft Teams);

Facilidade de ferramentas tecnológicas.

The expected base salary range for this position is R**$28.795** to R**$28.795 CAD** depending on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible to participate in a highly competitive bonus program with a target of 10% with the possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
