You lead the quality assurance ensuring manufacturing process and products compliance with Mondelez Global Quality Policies, Food Safety Management System, regulatory and statutory requirements and in alignment with Integrated Lean Six Sigma process excellence way. As key member of plant quality leadership, you will champion a proactive quality and food safety culture cross-functionally and across production shop floor.

How you will contribute

You will ensure the effective implementation of food safety and quality management system and its required documentation, leading prerequisite programs, conducting proactive troubleshooting and root cause analysis providing continuous improvement towards achieving plant quality objectives and goals. This role required to proactively supporting team capability building, identifying and eliminating quality losses, supporting growth and productivity projects in compliance with quality and food safety agenda.
