Job Description

How you will contribute

You will:

  • Develop, maintain and continuously improve statistical and consensus demand forecast
  • Understand and analyze historical sales data, demand trends, promotions and seasonality
  • Lead the cross-functional discussion around forecasting assumptions used to build the latest plan
  • Monitor and analyze forecast accuracy KPIs and derive and govern the resulting action plan in collaboration with the cross-functional team
  • Support the IBP process by preparing the necessary inputs, template and consolidation for the monthly demand reviews (including explanation of changes)
  • Maintain master data and planning parameters in the relevant forecasting systems
  • Support and actively participate in the deployment of new forecasting technologies, projects and ways of working

What you will bring

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Min. 3-5 years professional experience in Demand Planning or CS&L
  • Analytical thinking and business understanding / business acumen required
  • Digitalization skills
  • High service orientation, continuous improvement and digital mindset
  • Strong cross-functional communication skills (project and stakeholders management)
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity
  • Fluency in German and English
  • Systems knowledge in Excel, SAP BW/SAP APO, SAP IBP, SAC, SAS, o9
  • I2M process & KPIs knowledge
