The PM SAP key user will be responsible to overseeing Bratislava plant providing support and training for SAP end users in all different departments such as Operations, Shipping, Receiving, Scheduling etc. This position will be leading projects that facilitate simplification of SAP process following Integrated Lean Six Sigma principles having as a main goal to synchronize the supply chain end to end.

How you will contribute-Main Responsibilities:

'1. Responsible to provide training activities related with the SAP based process. Responsible to analyze main errors and losses related to SAP transactions and perform Root Cause Analysis to eliminate GAP using training as main tool.´2. Lead day to day activities that includes - monitoring , corrective actions & reporting system to insure integrity of data , transparent maintenance process , SAP data & functional location are up to date.´3. Responsible as a local coordinator to participate and contribute in new SAP projects implementation that are being led by Global resources.´4. Responsible to provide regular reports related to the SAP sytems´5. Lead and execute the support the operations, bringing value through the planning and scheduling and contributing to the plant performance through the monitoring of the execution and breakdown analysis.´6. Owns SAP based maintenance process, Notification and PM Order management , SAP reporting systems , SAP task list management system , SAP Documentation management systems, have deep technical mastery of the process and equipment;´7. Build capability , train the team to execute PM plans by efficient way´8. Be part of the PM Pillar, methodological lead the Technical leads, Partner with the Asset and Reliability team for system improvement and execution of special maintenance tasks;´9. Execute internal and external benchmarking and manage improvement process for the plant

What you will bring

'1. Knowledge of SAP PM 1 year2. Proven knowledge in HPWS, Lean Six Sigma or Total Productive Maintenance work systems 2 years3. Experience in a manufacturing maintanance 1 year4.
