About the role

Job Description

'(Stride flavor line includes floral flavor + novel LE contribute ~300M RMB annual NR.

The business is growing and we see opportunity to build it as incrementality driver as well as weapon to recruit young females.)

'1. Collaborate MM to develop strategic plan and define short-term and long-term (3-year) growth opportunity with clear innovation pipelines and product ideas based on consumer trend and insight.

2. lead flavor line business from end to end and closely collaborate with Trade MKT and sales to plan and execute brand activations.

3. Lead innovation projects from planning to luanch incl. developing solid strategic plan, generating pipeline and innovation concepts, managing I2M process with cross-fucntional collaborations

4. lead content programs (综艺, IP, 热剧 etc.) to support business and recruitment of young females

5. (scope to be expanded after probation): lead Stride gaming gum platform: build up gaming occasion via tailor-made portfolio and activation

1. At least 5 years marketing experience in FMCG industry
2. A good foundation of marketing and business knowledge
3. Solid experience of both brand innovation and brand communication
4. Strength in creative idea generation/ driving content exellence
4. Fluent English communication (with regional team)
