Job Description

岗位职责：1、所负责的KA系统年度计划策略&KPI目标及生意达成，包括JBP/Operation/GtN，Own TS，驱动生意增长；
2、参与KA客户的联合管理，包括JBP框架/分销机会/价格指引/季度联合拜访，客户CBP生意计划制定（包含品类管理及促销），推动落地执行及回顾；
4、驱动亿滋品类管理在客户的实现，包括新品上市、夯实销售基本面、完善POS数据分析等；通过对生意的洞察、从品类管理（选品，分销、陈列）的角度卖进给客户，推动基础工作的落地和执行；
5、客户GTN管理落实完善：投资的有效性分析，费用追踪和优化，解决核销中的关键问题；
6、指导区域一线销售客户管理，给与策略和谈判指引，支持针对区域销售市场发展中出现的问题，给与应对和解决。岗位要求：1、3年以上快消行业MT渠道相关经验，具有KA户及团队管理经验者优先；或2年左右快消行业销售管理培训生背景
2、商业洞察和业务增长意识，能敏锐的洞察生意机会，制定有效的卖进策略
3、谈判能力，能从不同维度结合客户需求实施谈判策略，从而影响客户和帮助客户解决问题，推动合作
4、沟通能力和影响力，能与区域销售良好沟通协调，对其实施强有力的影响
5、数据分析能力
6、结果导向、勇于面对挑战与变革，创新精神，有良好的
