You ensure that customer plans are developed and executed by supporting the delivery of strategies and tactics for growth. You understand the business metrics and financial drivers needed to unlock profitable growth for Mondelēz International and our customers and work with key account managers to implement plans to deliver our annual target.

How you will contribute

You will:

  • Leads the development of the trade marketing part of the category annual plans (contract process)
  • Understands market dynamics / consumer insights by channel to participate on trade marketing strategic decisions
  • Leads the business planning meeting where the sales quotas are built in order to accomplish the annual plans based on relevant building blocks
  • Suggests and influences investment in category building blocks, according to category and channel need, and is accountable of execution excellence at point of sale
  • Follows up the competition’s commercial activity in the category in order to detect business opportunities and potential threats for the brand
  • Plays a leadership role within the multi categories teams by leading, providing accurate and relevant channel point of sale information that will lead to find business opportunities such as innovations, customer promotions, portfolio, pricing, etc. that will lead to achieve multi categories targets

Buscamos un/a Analista de Trade Marketing proactivo/a y con gran capacidad de organización para potenciar nuestras marcas en el Canal Tradicional. Serás clave en la implementación y seguimiento de nuestras estrategias en el punto de venta, asegurando la visibilidad, disponibilidad y el cumplimiento de los objetivos comerciales.

What you need to know about this position:

  • Creación de estrategia y proyectos que potencien el canal de forma 360.

  • Gestión en Campo y Relación con Clientes: Salir a campo para garantizar la correcta ejecución y colocación de materiales en los diferentes puntos de venta.

  • Planificación y Ejecución de Actividades: Participar en el desarrollo de planes para el área, dar seguimiento constante al cumplimiento de actividades establecidas. Mantener una relación cercana con proveedores para la gestión del material necesario.

  • Análisis y Reporte: Realizar el debido análisis y generación de reportes para comunicar insights relevantes de acuerdo al desempeño de las actividades| de TM.

  • Colaboración Interdepartamental: Mantener una excelente relación con los distintos stakeholders buscando asegurar el éxito de las estrategias establecidas. Dar soporte al equipo comercial para asegurar la correcta implementación de las actividades en el punto de venta.

  • Gestión de Materiales: Administrar y garantizar la disponibilidad de todos los materiales de Trade Marketing necesarios para las campañas.

Job specific requirements:

  • Profesional en carreras como Administración de empresas, Marketing, Ingeniería Comercial o afines.

  • Mínimo 2 años de experiencia en roles de Trade Marketing en consumo masivo, dando soporte al canal tradicional.

  • Manejo de herramientas como Excel avanzado, y Power BI a nivel intermedio.

  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, storytelling, organización, trabajo bajo presión, proactividad, y escucha activa.

  • Excelentes habilidades de negociación, y fuertes bases en análisis de datos para generar insights de valor.

  • Excelentes habilidades interpersonales, trabajo en equipo, y buen relacionamiento entre pares y áreas.
