How you will contribute

  • Planning and implementation of the preventive and corrective maintenance. Taking into account material as well as line and team availability and various maintenance strategies (time-based, condition-based, reliability centric maintenance).
  • Is the main interface for the production planning when it comes to required machine downtimes. Ensures that these schedules are always up to date.
  • Creating work orders and purchase requisitions in SAP; supporting technical purchasing and the technical warehouse team
  • Supports in the improvement and training of the defect reporting tool
  • Build new maintenance plans and maintaining the SAP-based maintenance structures (equipment tree down to spare part level, technical documentation)
  • Checking feedback from technicians for suggestions for improvement and continuously optimizing maintenance plans in coordination with them and the team
  • Supports in the Spare Parts Stock Value optimization and the Obsolete Management
  • Cooperation with the Asset Reliability Team and Plant Controlling regarding maintenance budget and investment planning
  • Reporting of maintenance KPIs
  • First point of contact for the SAP-PM migration to the new S4 HANA system
  • SAP-Superuser, SAP-PM Trainer and 1 Level Supporter for plant maintenance team

What you will bring

A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career and the following experience and knowledge:

  • Successfully completed technical apprenticeship with maintenance experience in an industrial environment, additionally higher degree/further education in electrical engineering or mechanical engineering
  • Prior experience in maintenance planning is an advantage
  • Very good user knowledge of Office 365 applications and SAP-PM
  • Goal oriented, organizational talent, responsible way of working and strong communication skills
  • Reliable, innovative, honest, independent, flexible and resilient team player
  • German (C1), English (B2) any other language is an advantage
