Job Description

岗位职责：

1、 门店执行及生意达成（固定拜访、标准化陈列执行、SKU分销及档期促销执行、新品的推动、门店安全库存管理）

2. 优选经销商销量达成

3. 优选经销商生意分析和回顾

4. 优选经销商覆盖市场重点售点的覆盖（Hyper/Super/WS）

5. 培训优选经销商及其团队相关公司政策和产品知识

6. 完成所分工区域的门店维护和销售目标；

7. 负责所分工区域的产品形象和生动化标准陈列；

8. 定期拜访客户，维护良好的客情关系；

岗位要求：

1. 大专学历优先；

2. 2年以上快速消费品销售工作经验；

3. 熟悉当地市场，熟悉经销商管理；

4. 执行能力强，并且有一定的沟通协调能力；

5. 吃苦耐劳，抗压能力强。

6. 良好的团队沟通协调能力

7. 良好的表格数据分析能力
