**We are looking for motivated individuals to join our Teams!**We have a variety of internship opportunities across different functions and from day 1 you will be involved in all main projects and contribute for brands and business growth.

• You recently finished a University Degree(last year or recent completion)

• You have strong communication and analytical skills

• You are proactive and autonomous, willing to learn and **passionate **about marketing and sales

• You are fluent in both English and Spanish

• You have European Work Permit

We are looking for young talent to join our company in different positions. • Place of work: Madrid

• Beginning: June – September 2026 (depending on the position)

• Duration: 12 months (6 months + 6 months agreement)

• Training: You will enroll in 2 training courses from a Business School.

• Buddy: You will have a buddy that will support your manager to ensure your get the most of your experience with us.

• Scholarship help: 1000€

• Advantages: Flexible working, reduced schedule on Fridays and summer reduced schedule

Our application process:

• It’s a generic recruitment process – you will apply to join Mondelēz and you will be guided to the most suitable position based on your skills.

• Application– you will complete a simple online application, submit your CV in English (optional cover letter in English).

• Screening- if you meet the basic requirements, we’ll invite you to complete an online assessment, in one week from your application date (you have 5 days to complete the assessment); make sure you check both the inbox and spam folders.

• Assessment Center - we’ll invite you to Madrid offices to solve a business case and role play. You will meet our colleagues who will give you a picture of what a #sweetcareer at Mondelēz looks like.

• Final interview– we’ll invite you for an interview with the hiring manager.
