You will develop professional relationships with our customers and optimize base sales, NPD & promotions. You will ensure great visibility in retailers and delivery of sales capabilities. Your drive will lead you to deliver the field KPI's and hit your annual objectives

El objetivo principal es identificar nuevas oportunidades de negocio, desarrollar y mantener relaciones comerciales sólidas, y asegurar el cumplimiento o superación de los objetivos de ventas establecidos, contribuyendo al crecimiento y éxito general de la empresa.

Responsabilidades Clave

  • Identificar y contactar proactivamente a clientes potenciales a través de diversas fuentes (investigación de mercado, redes, referencias, leads inbound/outbound).

  • Cualificar las oportunidades de venta para asegurar que se alineen con el perfil de cliente ideal de la empresa.

  • Comprender en profundidad las necesidades del cliente y proponer soluciones personalizadas que resuelvan sus desafíos

  • Preparar y presentar propuestas comerciales convincentes y detalladas.

  • Negociar términos de venta, precios y condiciones de contrato para lograr acuerdos mutuamente beneficiosos.

  • Cerrar ventas y asegurar el cumplimiento de las cuotas mensuales, trimestrales y anuales

  • Mantener un conocimiento actualizado sobre los productos, servicios, tendencias del mercado, precios y actividades de la competencia.

  • Preparar informes regulares de ventas, pronósticos y análisis de desempeño

  • Colaborar estrechamente con los equipos de marketing, producto y servicio al cliente para asegurar una experiencia integral y positiva para el cliente.

  • Participar en reuniones de equipo y capacitaciones para mejorar habilidades y conocimientos

Educación:

  • Grado universitario en Administración de Empresas, Marketing, Ventas o campo relacionado (preferible).

  • Habilidades Técnicas:Dominio de técnicas de ventas y gestión de cuentas.

  • Familiaridad y experiencia con software CRM

  • Manejo avanzado de Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Orientación a Resultados: Fuerte impulso para alcanzar y superar los objetivos de ventas.

  • Comunicación Excepcional: Habilidades sobresalientes de comunicación verbal y escrita, tanto para presentaciones como para redacción de propuestas.

  • Negociación: Capacidad probada para negociar acuerdos y cerrar ventas de manera efectiva.

  • Proactividad e Iniciativa: Habilidad para identificar oportunidades y actuar de forma independiente.

  • Licencia de manejo activa

Zona: Coatzacoalcos, Veracruz

Horario : Lunes a Viernes ( pudiera ser en ocasiones sábados)
