Working as part of a cross functional team, you deliver the RDQ activities required to complete Packaging Design and Packaging Deployment for Innovation/Growth projects and productivity projects across multiple geographies with an emphasis on delivering the desired consumer experience.

How you will contribute

With the support and guidance of a manager, you will organize and execute projects in line with RDQ, marketing and manufacturing requirements, effectively communicating status and risks. You will plan and conduct activities to generate appropriate packaging information, using sampling and supplier management, and pilot plant and factory trials in accordance with good manufacturing practice and HACCP requirements. In this role, you will plan and conduct process development activities (e.g. packaging design and specifications, packaging scale up, commissioning etc.) and help with planning and the effective use of resources, including the use of external agencies. You will also create technical reports, which will require your skills in analysis and interpretation of results that will lead to conclusions and recommendations; create and maintain accurate packaging specifications; and create intellectual property to drive our competitive advantage.

Buscamos un(a) Especialista en Innovación y Soporte de Empaques altamente motivado(a) y autodidacta para unirse a nuestro equipo en la planta de Lima. Esta posición es crucial para apoyar la innovación en empaques, el soporte a la producción y las iniciativas de sustentabilidad. El(La) candidato(a) ideal tendrá una sólida formación técnica, habilidades de liderazgo y capacidad para gestionar múltiples proyectos simultáneamente.

Responsabilidades Clave

• Innovación: Participar en reuniones de negocio para nuevos proyectos, lanzamientos y desarrollos de nuevos productos, colaborando con los equipos de Marketing, B&D y PCM.

• Idear nuevos productos y definir cómo se fabricarán, diseñando planos y estructuras desde el envase primario hasta el embalaje final.

• Soporte a Planta: Brindar soporte técnico a las 5 líneas de producción, cada una con múltiples envasadoras primarias y secundarias.

• Resolver problemas relacionados con materiales de empaque y asegurar el correcto funcionamiento de las líneas de producción.

• External Manufacturers: Asegurar que los productos fabricados por proveedores externos cumplan con los estándares de calidad y especificaciones.

• Sustentabilidad y Productividad: Evaluar y proponer proyectos para reducir el uso de plástico, diseñar envases reciclables y cumplir con los objetivos de sustentabilidad para 2030.

• Identificar oportunidades para reducir costos de productos y aumentar la rentabilidad.

Requisitos

• Educación: Ingeniero Químico, Ingeniero de Alimentos, Diseñador Industrial o carrera afín.
• Experiencia: +2 años de experiencia en la industria de alimentos o afines.
• Habilidades: Capacidad de liderazgo y gestión de proyectos.
• Habilidades de trabajo en equipo y comunicación efectiva.
• Capacidad para manejar múltiples tareas y priorizar actividades.
• Autodidacta y proactivo(a) en la búsqueda de soluciones.
• Idiomas: Inglés B2 (Intermedio-Avanzado).
