You independently operate and maintain at least one process, equipment or systems following autonomous maintenance (AM) standards and use your technical skills to improve line and/or system performance to meet business needs.

How you will contribute

You are a key ingredient in changing how the world snacks. With coaching, you will operate and maintain equipment to deliver on our safety, quality, cost, delivery, sustainability and morale targets. You will use execute all standard work processes on your equipment using AM (autonomous maintenance) and PM (progressive maintenance) standards and ensure that safety processes are observed, and that quality assurance activities are performed. You will understand the losses in their area and equipment and report them.

Resumo

• Auxiliar no processo de fabricação e embalagem de produtos, prestando suporte ao operador no transporte de materiais e abastecimento e controle da linha.

Atividades

· Abastecer, encaixotar, paletizar, transportar materiais, reprocesso, coleta de amostras e/ou produto acabado dentro da área fabril;

· Apoiar o Operador de Produção I e II nas atividades do processo de fabricação e embalagem;

· Manter equipamentos e utensílios organizados e limpos, contribuíndo para segurança alimentar;

· Conhecer e aplicar a Política de Qualidade estabelecida onde se inclui normas de HACCP, GMP e Limpeza e Housekeeping;

· Desenvolver suas atividades seguindo os requisitos de Segurança do Trabalho, Meio Ambiente, Sistema de Qualidade e Melhoria Contínua;

· Participar e colaborar nos diversos programas da empresa atendendo ao SSQCDM (sustentabilidade, segurança, qualidade, custo, entrega e moral);

· Compreender o sistema de segurança alimentar;

· Responsável por realizar análises sensoriais (quando aprovado em teste de aptidão e após passar por treinamento específico);
