You support sourcing for spend categories-including sourcing execution and stakeholder management-to maximize the total value of ownership for the organization. You also work closely with local business and global spend category teams to ensure best practice sharing and driving value for the organization.
How you will contribute
You will take the lead in creating value through innovation, sustainability, risk management, quality, service, cash and productivity programs all while ensuring compliance with policies, strategies and processes. In addition, you will lead in the development and deployment of sourcing strategies and the ongoing management of supplier relationships, manage the supply base working internal and external stakeholders to ensure Mondelēz International’s competitive advantage, completely build a program with the business and suppliers that incorporates best practices, market insights, risks and opportunities, and set a clear vision for various areas, defining and delivering ambitious plans that encourage teams and stakeholders to engage not just in the destination, but also in the journey.

You will be a key leader supporting sourcing for critical spend categories, with a specialized focus on CAPITAL Sourcing and MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Operations) Sourcing. Your role encompasses sourcing execution and strategic stakeholder management to maximize the total value of ownership for the organization. You will also work closely with local business and global spend category teams to ensure best practice sharing, drive significant value, and leverage proven procurement success across diverse sourcing events.
