You help implement the operational excellence program in a specific function and/or for cross-functional continuous improvement (CI) projects. You are not only responsible for applying CI tools and techniques for problem solving and performance improvement but more importantly, you help employees improve their CI skills and build their self-sufficiency.
How you will contribute
You will:
- Provide training on CI tools and techniques to help drive teams through CI cycles. You will also coach employees to help them achieve their targets
- Identify process improvement needs with department leads, facilitate sessions and support execution of newly established improvements
- Once improvements are done, validate outcome benefits and support creation of new standards and qualification of members into new working processes
- Benchmark externally, ensuring where relevant that best practice and new tools are deployed in collaboration with internal partners

Lead and Provide Coaching, Training and Assessment on CI tools and techniques to help drive teams performance through CI cycles. You will also develop systems to help the Operations achieve exceptional targets

The main task is to implement Mondelez's “Integrated Lean Six Sigma” operational excellence program at the site. Responsible for coaching the different pillars of the plant. Skills and Competences.

Proven Successful Experience on TPM (JIPM) HPWS, HPO, WCM IWS, Lean Manufacturing.

Proficiency on CI Tools: Loss analysis, RCA Root Cause Analysis-Fish Bone - 5w-1H - Makigami
-
SMED – Yamasumi, 8Ds, A3, PDCA
-
On the Job implementation of CI Methodologies.
-
High Performance Leadership through the implementation of High Performance Working Systems.
-
Results Oriented, Team Alignment, Influencing Others and Deep Analytic and Synthesis competences.
Education / Certifications:
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
Black Belt certification in Lean Six Sigma (required). In-depth knowledge and practical experience in TPM (Total Productive Maintenance).
Job specific requirements:
-
Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in continuous improvement, operational excellence, or Lean Six Sigma roles, including experience leading complex projects.

Proven experience applying Lean Six Sigma and TPM in manufacturing, logistics, and/or supply chain environments.
-
Previous experience managing improvement teams or directing personnel (essential).
-
Proven experience in interacting and communicating effectively with senior directors and stakeholders. Proficiency in statistical tools (Minitab, JMP, or similar).

Proficiency in Lean tools (Value Stream Mapping, 5S, Kaizen, SMED, etc.) and TPM (Maintenance Pillars).

Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills.
-
Excellent leadership, communication (both oral and written), and presentation skills.
-
Ability to influence, persuade, and motivate teams and stakeholders. Strategic thinking and results-oriented.

Strong project management and prioritization skills
