Key Responsibilities:

• Build lasting business relationships based on trust and confidence

• Provide category and market level share drivers & drags

• Ability to leverage across multiple POS & Shopper data sources to tell sales and shopper stories is required

• Pro Space/JDA proficiency is foundational with this role

• Solid fundamentals across category management skillsets required

What extra ingredients you will bring:

• Proactive business curiosity

• Minimum: 5 years in Business Analytics, Category Management, and/or CPG Sales Analytics

• Demonstrate use case w/ Scintilla Channel Performance & Shopper Behavior data, Syndicated Scan & Panel

• Demonstrate problem-solving skillset/mindset to answer ambiguous business questions

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment; comfortable with prioritizing multiple deliverables & overlapping deadlines, and strong interpersonal skills to manage expectations

• Position is onsite in Northwest Arkansas. No remote work options.

Salary and Benefits:

The base salary range for this position is $109,000 to $149,875; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education and location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.

Some of these benefits have eligibility requirements. Many of these benefits are subsidized or fully paid for by the company.
