The Opportunity

Note – this role is a 12-month FTC.

  • Champion the strategic direction for the biscuits category in New Zealand, supporting high growth ambitions

  • Lead the development and delivery of annual commercial and revenue growth plans aligned to category and customer strategy.

  • Own and manage key financial metrics including volume, net revenue, RSV, and market share targets.

  • Develop pricing, promotional, and trade investment strategies to maximise profitable growth

  • Analyse market dynamics, shopper behaviour, and channel performance to identify growth opportunities.

The ingredients you’ll bring

  • Prior experience in FMCG (Account Sales, Category or Finance)

  • Experience using Nielsen, Quantium and/or Dunnhumpy.

  • Strong analytical skills and business acumen.

  • Great communication and relationship building skills, with both internal and external stakeholders.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and work cross functionally.
