Vos responsabilités sont:

• Effectuer les tâches de maintenance préventives, correctives et curatives décidées ou programmées selon le plan de maintenance et apporter les adaptations si nécessaire;
• Participer à l'installation de nouveaux équipements, installations ou machines ;
• Diagnostiquer, intervenir sur les pannes (mécanique, électrique...) et veiller au démarrage des machines en leur état nominal après chaque intervention;
• Remplir des documents d'intervention et communiquer les informations à la pause suivante
• Participation aux projets de mise au point de nouvelles techniques et d’amélioration de ces dernières depuis leur introduction jusqu’à leur mise en œuvre;
• Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les collègues de production: participer aux réunions de gestion quotidienne « DMS - Daily Management Systems » pour l’équipement et le processus;
• Former les opérateurs de production quant aux réglages et petits dépannages;
• Appliquer les règles de sécurité et s’impliquer pour garantir leur bon suivi.

Afin de mener à bien votre mission vous:

• Êtes titulaire d'un CESS en électromécanique.
• Savez lire un plan technique (schémas électriques et mécaniques)
• Avez une communication aisée et efficace qui vous permet d'avoir des contacts faciles avec les différents services et collaborateurs.
• Êtes résistant au stress et orienté solutions pour répondre aux urgences et impératifs de production.
• Appliquez rigoureusement les règles de l'entreprise en matière de sécurité, d'hygiène, de qualité agroalimentaire et de respect de l'environnement
• Faites preuve de flexibilité, de disponibilité et êtes disposé à des changements d’horaires.
• La connaissance de l’anglais sera considérée comme un plus

You independently operate and maintain at least one process, equipment or systems following autonomous maintenance (AM) standards and use your technical skills to improve line and/or system performance to meet business needs.

How you will contribute

You are a key ingredient in changing how the world snacks. With coaching, you will operate and maintain equipment to deliver on our safety, quality, cost, delivery, sustainability and morale targets. You will use execute all standard work processes on your equipment using AM (autonomous maintenance) and PM (progressive maintenance) standards and ensure that safety processes are observed, and that quality assurance activities are performed. You will understand the losses in their area and equipment and report them.
