We are monday.com, a global software company transforming how businesses run. Our product suite can adapt to the needs of diverse industries and use cases within one powerful platform, empowering ~245,000 customers worldwide to reimagine how work gets done, drive greater efficiency, and scale like never before. With over 2,500 employees across the globe, we grow by prioritizing transparency and knowledge sharing. We care about the impact you make, not the hours you clock, so we encourage initiative, ownership, and fresh thinking. We back our people with flexible work, wellness and mental health support, and a work environment built on collaboration.

We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the future of monday.com’s Platform & Infrastructure Strategy. In this high-impact role, you’ll design and scale the core capabilities that power our global product ecosystem — enabling developers, partners, and enterprise customers to innovate faster, integrate seamlessly, and grow without limits. With5+ years of product management experience, you’ll translate complex technical challenges into scalable, user-centric solutions that set the standard for flexibility, performance, and reliability.

In this role you will:

  • Establish a shared vision for your product across the company while collaborating with talented cross-functional teams including engineering, design, customer success, marketing, and sales.

  • Take full ownership and have a massive impact on the company by driving focus and speed to ship products people need and love.

  • Collect and analyze a wide range of inputs to identify the biggest opportunities and ensure your team works on the most impactful initiatives.

  • Evaluate solutions through qualitative methods such as user interviews, usability tests, and surveys, alongside quantitative data analysis and A/B tests.

  • Understand the market and competition, championing our users to craft product strategies that drive long-term success.

  • Motivate and inspire a group of highly talented and passionate individuals.

  • 5+ years of experience as a product manager with a proven track record of delivering impactful products, preferably in platform or infrastructure domains.

  • Experience designing and building complex, scalable products, preferably data- and API-first.

  • Technical background or strong technical understanding is a significant advantage.

  • Ability to partner effectively with engineering and other technology teams to build and communicate a product roadmap aligned with business goals, supported by business cases, market research, customer data, and competitive analysis.

  • Strong ownership mentality and entrepreneurial qualities — self-driven, comfortable making decisions without consensus, and able to motivate and lead teams.

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain product decisions clearly to diverse audiences.

  • Analytical mindset with experience leveraging both qualitative insights and quantitative data (including A/B testing and analytics tools) to inform product decisions.

  • Fast learner, adaptive, and thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.

  • Previous experience leading SaaS products or consumer products is an advantage.

  • Experience with user research methods such as interviews, surveys, and usability testing is a plus.
