This role isn't only about creating more components—it's about reimagining our product design foundations, tools, and processes to support the next generation of AI-powered products. If you are eager to innovate and challenge classic approaches, this role is for you.

In this role, you’ll join our core Design System team, which shapes the way all our product builders actually build. You’ll be instrumental in making monday.com’s interface simple, consistent, and aligned with our product needs.

• Co-owning our design system: building and governing our design foundations, styles, components, documentation, change processes, and more.

• Evolving our workflows: building easy-to-use internal tools that empower our product builders to build faster and at scale.

• Rethinking our design system for AI: driving initiatives to evolve our design system for the next wave of AI products, interaction models, and dynamic content. This includes everything from redesigning components to developing system-level support for generative design.

• 4+ years of experience in designing complex digital products

• 2+ years of dedicated experience in building design systems from the ground up at a product-focused company

• Mastery of Figma’s component libraries and advanced capabilities

• Proven experience in collaborating with engineering teams

• Independence, adaptability, and comfort with a fast pace of work

• High proficiency in both written and spoken English

monday.com is looking for an exceptional Design systems, Product Designer to help shape and craft a product that’s simple consistent and intuitive. As part of this team you’ll be responsible for creating the foundational patterns, UI components, tools, and documentation that empowers monday’s strategic design vision.
