Leadership experience: 3+ years of experience managing and mentoring team leads. You know how to develop talent and drive a team toward a shared strategic vision.

Cross-functional mastery: Proven ability to lead and influence hybrid teams (Content, Design, Dev, Product, Data). You speak their languages fluently and know how to provide the guardrails for them to succeed.
